1-year warranty: This product is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Warranty is handled by Fix Coffee. For any warranty concern, contact us on WhatsApp or email support@fixcoffee.in.

Service path: On-site service is available in major cities for eligible machines. For other locations and products, we arrange pickup-and-drop repair or replacement as per the warranty policy.

After warranty: Paid parts and service support remain available wherever parts are in supply.
