We acknowledge every consumer grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt, in line with Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate through the appeals ladder set out in our Refund & Return Policy, or file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in or with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having territorial jurisdiction under Section 34 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Legal notices and formal correspondence

Legal notices, statutory communications, and any formal correspondence should be sent by registered post or courier with proof of delivery to the registered office above. We also accept scanned legal notices by email to hello@fixcoffee.in for record, but the registered-post address remains the primary service point.

Returns and RMA parcels

Do not ship return parcels to the registered office — it is not staffed for parcel receipt. Returns must be shipped only to the RMA address issued in your return ticket. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.
